Clinical hypnosis helps access a calm, focused state of mind where change becomes easier and more natural.  It’s particularly helpful for anxiety, burnout, compulsive or automatic patters of behaviour, and issues around control and self-worth, especially when you understand what’s happening but can’t seem to shift it. 

 

Hypnosis is not about losing control, being unconscious, or being made to do anything against your will.  You remain aware and in control throughout the session. It’s also not stage hypnosis or entertainment. 

 

Many people experience it as a deeply focused and settling experience, a space where old patterns can be gently interrupted and new ones introduced.

Strategic Psychotherapy

Strategic psychotherapy focuses on what’s happening now,  how certain patterns are being maintained and what can help shift them. 

 

This approach is particularly supportive during times of transition, when old ways of coping no longer fit.

 

It helps uncover the cycles that keep anxiety, overwhelm, control issues, or boundary struggles in place, and supports practical change without over-analysing the past.

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)

NLP explores the connection between thoughts, language, emotions, and behaviour.

It’s especially useful for challenges around self-worth, confidence, people-pleasing, and compulsive behaviours, where internal habits and beliefs quietly drive reactions.  NLP helps create awareness and choice, so you’re no longer running on autopilot.

 

This work is practical and grounded, focused on creating change that feels achievable and aligned with real life.

Breathwork

Breathwork supports the nervous system, particularly when points of stress has become the norm.

When the body has been under prolonged pressure, it can be difficult to rest, feel safe, or set boundaries.  Breathwork helps regulate the body’s stress response, creating a sense of grounding and stability that supports deeper trance work.  It’s introduced gently and used in a way that feels safe and accessible.

Purpose
A focused, supportive session to help you make sense of what’s been keeping you stuck. We clarify what’s happening, identify leverage points for change, and you leave with practical tools you can start using right away.

Fees are inclusive of GST (where payable) and structured based on online delivery of sessions.

Payment Policies - Why They Matter

Clear boundaries help create a safe, respectful, and consistent space for therapeutic work. The following policies support your commitment to the process and the sustainability of my practice.

Deposit Policy

To reserve your session time, a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking. This deposit is applied toward the overall package fee and covers administration, preparation, and the dedicated time reserved in the schedule for your session, ensuring your place is secured. For multi-session packages, the deposit also reflects the commitment involved in setting aside regular session times.

This policy helps maintain fairness for all clients and ensures appointment times remain available for those who are ready to begin.

 

Because your appointment time is specifically reserved and preparation begins in advance, deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

If you change your mind within 48 hours of purchasing a package, and no sessions have yet taken place, you may request a cancellation. In this situation, a refund will be issued excluding the 20% booking deposit, which covers administrative preparation and the time reserved in the schedule.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours notice. 

 

For cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice: Deposits remain non-transferable and non-refundable in this event.

 

For failure to attend an appointment without notice (no-show): Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable in this event.

 

There is no separate cancellation fee in addition to the package deposit. 

 

If an unexpected emergency arises, please contact me as soon as possible.  These situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis with care and fairness.
